Zero Remittance Fees from BDO for Donation to Victims of Typhoon Egay

BDO Unibank has waived its remittance fees on donations from abroad that will be sent through BDO Remit offices from August 1 to September 30, 2023. The zero remittance fees from BDO are a way to help Filipinos that were affected by the recent Typhoon Egay. The combined destruction to agriculture and infrastructure resulting from Typhoon Egay and the southwest monsoon (habagat) has reached a total of more than PHP 5.4 billion.

For those who would like to help, you can send your donation to the following:

Many provinces have declared a State of Calamity due to the significant damage caused by Typhoon Egay. These include the provinces of Pampanga, Cagayan, Ilocos Norte, Bataan, Cavite, Mountain Province, and Apayao.
