Sisig and Corn Pita Wrap

It has been raining for days and the weather today is just perfect for slowing down. It's a bed weather.

I'd like to share with you a recipe Hubby loves. It's so easy to do, anyone can do it. Very fitting for days when you are so busy or when you just feel lazy to cook - like me.

Ingredients:

1 can sisig
1/2 cup frozen corn kernels, thawed
oil for sauteing
onion,  minced
pita bread (from supermarket)

1. Heat oil and saute onion. Add in sisig and corn. Set aside to cool.
2. Heat pita bread according to package instructions.
3. Lay a pita on a plate and spread some of the sisig mixture. Roll to form a wrap.

So easy!

You can also use tortilla wraps instead of pita.

What's your favorite 'lazy' recipe? Let me know in the comment box. Take care!
