How to Encourage Your Kids to Love Reading

In my previous articles, I have shared the ways on how we taught our child to read and some tips on choosing a storybook for your kids. This month of October, ReadPro Center for Literacy invites parents and individuals to a workshop on how you can encourage kids to love reading at Fully Booked in Bonifacio High Street.

ReadPro Center for Literacy provides reading assessments and individualized reading program since 2010. They help children with ages 3 to 12 develop and strengthen their literacy skills. They are located at Amorsolo St., Legaspi Village, Makati City.

The event's speaker Jennifer Castillo is the founder and center director of ReadPro Center for Literacy. She is a teacher by profession and took up her Master's Degree in Special Education at De LaSalle University.

"Parents, How to Encourage Your Kids to Love Reading" will be held on October 19, 2019 from 4:30PM-6:30PM at the Fully Booked Forum, 4th Floor, Bonifacio High Street, BGC, Taguig City. The talk will share professional knowledge to parents and interested individuals about effective strategies for reading and comprehension. Moreover, it will include a special topic on spotting reading and comprehension difficulties.

PLUS, there's a mini workshop on storytelling and read-aloud for kids!
