In 2016, we went to visit the Mind Musem in Bonifacio Global City (BGC) and had a chance to experience their Dino Play exhibit. Two years later, our homeschoolers V and Z got to play again in this dinosaur-themed edu-playground at UP Town Center (UPTC) in Quezon City.
For a recap, here's a video of our trip at The Mind Museum and Dino Play Exhibit in 2016:

The Homeschool Club PH
Quite frankly, we did not have any coops prior this year. It was only recently that we joined a group of homeschooling families from our city who are also enrolled under Peniel Christian Academy. Since we are new, we are still on a stage of getting to know each other, and finding ways to connect face-to-face monthly.
Very timely, Mommy Que of The Filipino Homeschooler, posted on their Facebook page the sign-up for Dino Play by The Homeschool Club PH (THC). THC is a group of homeschooling families who got together to curate activities for their children. They have an entrepreneur/bazaar event happening soon at UPTC and were able to collaborate with the mall to have an exclusive access to Dino Play for an afternoon of field trip for homeschoolers. They opened a slot of 2:00-3:30PM on August 7 and we were able to book V and Z on the list. Due to the overwhelming desire of the homeschooling community to join, another slot for 3:30-5:00PM was opened to accommodate more families.

There was no difference in the ongoing Dino Play at UPTC than when it was at the Mind Museum. The activities and materials were the same. But I appreciate this experience more because:
1. The exhibit is inside the mall and is airconditioned as compared to the Mind Musem. Hindi na maiinitan ang kids! Yay!
2. The area was limited to 30 kids only per session. When we were in BGC before, I don't think there was any limit to the Nnumber of children inside the exhibit per session. That time in 2016, the area was filled with kids from a school on a field trip.
Limiting the area helps the children to spend more time on each activity, not rushing or pushing others just to get a spot.
3. My kids got to mingle with fellow homeschoolers. Yay!
4. The venue is more accessible for us as compared to BGC.
