Voters fill the venue at SM North EDSA during the Barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan Elections in 2023. |
Mark your calendars, voters! The May 12, 2025 National and Local Elections are just around the corner—and this year, casting your vote has never been more comfortable or accessible.
In partnership with the Commission on Elections (COMELEC), SM Supermalls is rolling out the Mall Voting Program (MVP) in 20 select locations across the country. Through this initiative, eligible voters whose precincts were transferred to an SM mall can vote in a cool, spacious, and secure environment—right at the heart of their favorite shopping center.
Why Vote at the Mall?
Say goodbye to long lines under the sun and crowded school gyms. Whether you're a working professional, a busy parent, or a senior citizen looking for comfort and ease, mall voting offers a more pleasant way to participate in our democracy.
With features like air-conditioned spaces, easy access for persons with disabilities, comfortable waiting areas, and familiar surroundings, SM Supermalls is making the voting experience more convenient for all.
“We believe democracy should be inclusive, convenient, and secure,” said Junias Eusebio, Vice President for Mall Operations at SM Supermalls. “By offering our malls as official voting venues, we’re helping more Filipinos make their voices heard.”
Who Can Vote at the Mall?
Only those whose precincts have been officially transferred to an SM mall may vote there. Check your status through any of these:
-
Your Voter Information Sheet (VIS)
-
Posters and information materials inside participating SM malls
-
Your local barangay caravan or COMELEC office
Mall Voting Schedule

Note: Companions can only vote at the mall if their precinct was also transferred to the same location.
