Runners, get ready for a unique and eco-conscious racing experience with the QC Eco-Run! On November 24, 2024, Quezon City invites you to lace up and join the 10k, 5k, or 2k categories in a race that combines fitness with environmental advocacy. Be one of the lucky participants to enjoy a premium run through iconic landmarks while supporting clean air initiatives.
Runners will get the rare opportunity to dash through the iconic EDSA-Quezon Avenue Underpass and challenge themselves along the long, straight stretch of Quezon Avenue—perfect for setting a new personal best. As part of the eco-friendly focus, each participant will receive a race kit with complimentary home garden seeds to plant, symbolizing a commitment to a greener future.
A ceremonial tree planting event will occur at La Mesa Ecopark on November 17, 2024, one week before the QC Run, underscoring the ecotourism campaign and its initiatives. To inspire environmental action, complimentary home garden seeds will be distributed, allowing participants to create their own gardens and contribute to cleaner air.
Additionally, in support of this campaign, our hydration partner will provide reusable cups instead of disposable ones. In line with the QC Tarpcycling Program, all promotional materials, such as banners, will be recycled into eco-friendly bags.
